Blue Lake & Topana
Start at the Blue Lake rim while the day is still quiet. Walk the viewpoints, then move upward into Topana and the old town rather than driving away.
Old Imotski, lunch, Red Lake
Stay in town for lunch, then reach Red Lake later in the day when the light softens the rock walls. The contrast with Blue Lake becomes clearer when both are seen on the same day.
Beyond the famous pair
Use the second morning for the wider Imota landscape — Vrljika, villages, karst fields or other lakes depending on season and your interests.
Local table, slow departure
